Just one week later, industry professionals can experience the unique sensor at the GMP PharmaCongress with accompanying exhibition GMP PharmaTechnica Expo in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Designed particularly for biotechnology applications, the stainless steel sensor is a milestone in non-contact flow measurement. It combines maximum accuracy and reliability with intuitive operation. The clean room compatible touch display provides an overview of a number of critical parameters such as flow direction, real-time flow data, and selected status information. The touch display not only allows for quick flow and volume data checks, but also for data resets or incremental adjustments in the process – without the need for additional hardware.

Excellent measurement accuracy
The SONOFLOW CO.55 V3.0 series was developed with a focus on the low flow range in process development, CGT and Fill & Finish and impresses with excellent measurement results at flow rates below 40 ml/min. Extensive testing has confirmed that the ultrasonic sensor achieves an accuracy of 1% and better at the lowest flow rates.
Sensor for the application in high-purity GMP processes
SONOTEC offers the ultrasonic sensor in different sizes for the most common bioprocess tubing to meet the growing demand for higher process scalability and flexibility in biopharmaceutical production.
